Coffee is a beautiful beverage enjoyed by millions throughout the world. Over coffee countless strangers have become friends, soldiers at war have relaxed and busy executives have started their days. Coffee roasting is also not an exact science, there is art and expression in every cup. 

Redmile's guiding principle is beautiful coffee, best shared. Phil the owner and our master roaster is a lover of coffee and its ability to create an enriching experience for those who partake in the daily ritual. Our coffee beans are not roasted in bulk for profit or greed but, batch roasted to order. In this way each batch is refined and tailored to suit the imported green beans. So when you order from Redmile, you wont be getting shelf stock, or warehouse stock, but batch roasted to order so that by the time it gets to you its  where the so that Redmile customers always get the freshest coffee.

This is more than a business for Phil but a life-long passion to share the beauty of one of the world's most amazing beverages.  The business is located in the picturesque WA Swan Valley which is far enough away from the city to be different but close enough to be convenient.  

Phil stands by the quality of his roasted coffee beans as for him this operation is mixing business with pleasure, and it works very well; just like milk and coffee!
