Product Description:
Tasting Notes: Milo, cocoa powder, buttery, papaya, nice viscosity, smooth, great body. A very balanced coffee punching above its weight in flavour. Well suited to both espresso and black or with milk.
Process: Natural (bean is dried in the cherry making it more fruity). The fruitiness of this Brazil is only mild and adds a depth and fullness to the flavour while not conflicting with milk based drinks.

Sustainability: The Monte Alegre estate has an altitude of 1000-1176 masl and is a fully sustainable business in all aspects: environmental, social, and economic. It employs an average of 750 people, 35% of whom live on the farm. They take great care in ensuring their production follows strict environmental standards through energy rationing, waste management, water management, reduced fertilizer usage and emissions tests for all vehicles, including tractors.
