Tasting Notes: Creamy fruits, guava, apricot, cocoa, milk chocolate, raspberry, red currant. Best as macchiato, espresso or black. The medium roast brings out the fruitiness to a greater degree and preserves more of the acidity and clarity. The dark roast develops deeper caramelization, more body, and chocolatey or roasted notes that complement milk based coffees.

* Natural Process: The Natural coffees undergo laborious hand sorting to remove green or under ripe cherries before being spread on the drying tables 4-5 cm deep. The drying cherries are raked and ridged hourly and like the parchment, covered during the midday heat. After drying for 10 – 12 days, a handful of dried cherries should produce a rattling sound when shaken. The final test is that the weight of a sample of coffee is the same for two consecutive days.

SNNP* – Southern Nations, Nationalities and People. A regional state where most popular finest coffees are produced.

Tasty. This is an excellent brew. I’m drinking it black from.a plunger. Lots of lingering flavours.
